Topic 1: Diets
=> Yes, of course. It helps me lost weight and stay in shape/keep fit.
I have unhealthy food about once or twice a week. I often eat fast food such as,
hamburgers, fried-chicken or fried potatoes.
=> Being a vegetarian is a healthy and eco-friendly choice. Besides, It can bring
many health benefits, such as reducing the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and
obesity.
Topic 2. Food
=>Yes, of course. I sometimes eat fast food such as hamburgers, fried chicken, soft
drinks, and so on.
=> I rarely eat unhealthy food, maybe about four times a week, like a chocolate bar
on Monday, a burger on Tuesday, French fries on Saturday and 2 liters of
strawberry ice cream on Sunday while I watch a movie./ I seldom eat unhealthy
food because I want to stay fit and healthy.
2. Are there any types of food which you should not eat too much?
=>Yes, they are junk food, fast food, and soft drink. I think they are not good for
health.

I think home-cooked food is better. We know what ingredients we are using.

=> The best birthday gift that I have received is a laptop. My parents gave it to me
for my 18th birthday, and it’s very useful for my study.

=> Yes, I love travelling. It's exciting to see new places and meet new people.
=> I want to visit Japan one day because I am very interested in their culture, food,
and technology. The cherry blossoms and historical sites also seem beautiful.

=>Yes, I do. Because my hometown is quiet and peaceful so I love living here.

- My favourite website is MP3 zing. It has a lot of different kinds of music such as
Pop, jazz, ballet and so on. I often listen to music on this platform every evening
because it helps me relax and reduce stress after a hard working day.
- My favourite TV music show is the voice/ Giong hat Viet. This programme is
usually shown at 8 pm every week on VTV3. There are many famous singers as
coaches/trainers such as Tuan Hung, Ho Ngoc Ha……….
2. Do you think your favorite music twenty years from now will be the same as
it is today?
I think it depends on my future personality. For example, right now I really like
listening to rock music, but maybe in the future I think I will listen to gentle, quiet
music to suit my age.

=> The most stressful thing recently was having too much work and not enough
time. I tried to manage my time better and talked to my friends for help.

=>Talking to someone when you're stressed can make you feel better and give you
new ideas to deal with the problem.
