1. FEE REFUND POLICY (Terms & Conditions)


Innovative Training Centre “Fee Refund Policy” takes precedence, the moment fees are transacted into the school’s account, hence for clients that chooses
to withdraw or intend to refund fees, then the following policy will apply;
1.1 Withdrawals will be done through the school’s official withdrawal form or else by written advised from the sponsor.
1.2 Withdrawal refunds will be processed between 30 to 60 days from the date when it was lodged and in accordance with our internal accounting procedures.
1.3 Refunds of payments from corporate organisations will be refunded to the sponsor/payee (or the corporate entity) unless otherwise if deem appropriate by
our management due to special arrangements.
1.4 Refunds will be only considered on fees paid into school’s bank account and this transaction shown on bank statement with supporting school
receipts/bank deposit butt
1.5 Any refund claims lodged after 365 days commencing from the date when the fees were paid into the schools account is automatically forfeited
1.6 Deductions on all refunds will be forfeited to the school and for all refunds the following fees will be deducted depending on the duration into our
training programs as outlined below

Administration costs (Bank charges & Utilities) K88.00 flat plus cheque fee (on any refund)
Between 1 to 10 days K220 flat plus admin costs & bank charges
Between 11 to 21 days K330 flat plus admin costs & bank charges
Between 22 to 30 days K550 flat plus admin costs & bank charges
Over 31days NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

Note: Only in situation of late registration, will we ask you to do steps 1 and 2 together to limit the process and catch up with time.
