laptop and asked to organize all project files for a specific team. The files are scattered across different
folders on the computer, and some are saved with non-descriptive names.
Task:
1. Create a well-structured folder system on your computer to organize the project files
efficiently.
o Inside this folder, create subfolders for Marketing, Finance, and Development.
o Each subfolder should have an Archive folder and an Active Projects folder.
4. Finally, back up the entire Startup Projects folder into a separate folder called Backup_Projects.
You work for a company that handles sensitive client data, and you're responsible for creating project
reports. Due to the nature of the work, it's important to mark certain documents clearly and securely.
Task:
1. Create a project report in Microsoft Word for a client named "XYZ Corporation". The report
should be named XYZ_ProjectReport.docx.

date "October 2024."
3. Save the document in a folder named "Client Reports", and then create a password to protect
the file from unauthorized access.
4. Create a backup of the file and save it in a folder called "Protected Backups" on your desktop.
