Senior Full Stack Developer with AI Expertise

About Us:
In All Media is a forward-thinking technology company specializing in innovative digital
solutions. We are collaborating on our client's Career Guide product—a global career
advice content hub across 26 locals, hosting thousands of articles to help jobseekers
excel in their careers.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in
AI and content management systems. You will work closely with our marketing and
product management teams to drive organic traffic by enhancing features and
maintaining the website and its CMS platform, Contentful. Your expertise will help
design, develop, and maintain platforms that empower users to navigate their career
paths through tools for job searching, career advice, professional development,
skill-building, or mentoring systems.

Key Responsibilities:
● AI Integration: Utilize AI tools (Google Cloud AI, PyTorch, AWS AI services,
ChatGPT) to create relevant, personalized, and engaging content.
● CMS Management: Integrate and maintain Contentful or other CMS platforms
within our applications.
● Front-End Development: Build responsive user interfaces using React and
TypeScript.
● Back-End Development: Develop scalable server-side applications using
Node.js and some Java.
● API Development: Create and implement APIs using GraphQL.
● Version Control: Manage code repositories using GitLab.
● Cloud Services: Deploy and manage applications on AWS.
● Infrastructure as Code: Use Terraform for provisioning and managing
infrastructure.
● Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality
products.
● Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are robust, scalable, and
high-performing.

Must-Have Qualifications:
● AI Experience: Proven use of AI tools to enhance content relevance and
personalization.
● Contentful or CMS Expertise: Hands-on experience integrating CMS platforms
into applications.
● React Proficiency: Strong skills in building applications with React.
● Node.js Skills: Solid experience in server-side development with Node.js.
● TypeScript Knowledge: Proficient in using TypeScript for scalable application
development.
● GraphQL Familiarity: Experience in developing APIs using GraphQL.
● GitLab Experience: Comfortable with version control and collaboration using
GitLab.
● Java Understanding: Basic knowledge of Java for backend services.
● AWS Competency: Experience with AWS services for application deployment
and maintenance.
● Terraform Skills: Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure management.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance
applications.
● Background in developing tools related to career guidance or professional
development.
● Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
● Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
environment.
