We hereby declare that we are fully aware of the binding provisions of the
ALMM order and the Lists there under, while installing the rooftop solar system

1. We understand that the List-1 (Solar PV Modules) of ALMM Order,


Annexture-1 of the O M, issue by MNRE on ………………..
2. I’ll be updated by MNRE from time to time. We also understand that the
Modules to be procured for this project shall be from the List- 1 of ALMM
order applicable on the date of such modules.
3. We further understand and accept that we shall be liable for penal action,
including but not limited to black listing, if we are found not complying
with the provision of ALMM order, including those mentioned above.
