attach the application form, resume, letters of recommendation, reference information etc. of the
individual hired, and forward all documents to Human Resources. The new hire should also be informed of the next
New Employee Orientation date (1st & 3rd Tuesday @ 3:45 pm) where paperwork is completed and all new hire
information is presented.
