Metric Analysis for MetLife
 This project has kept me engaged throughout its life cycle. For analysis purposes, you must be conscious of bias and let the
analysis take its course while guiding it.

Precision Manufacturing:
 In this project, the hands-on experience of handling production instruments, CNC and a sneak peek into Supply chain
management has excited me.
Data Management for SVB:
 The project was exciting, there always has been ambiguity in data management due to the enormous volume. Still, certain
aspects of the operations are manual and repetitive, which sometimes takes away the excitement and interest.

2. Describe an incident that has had a deep impact on you and brought about a
significant change? (Max 8- 10 lines)
Incident
 During COVID-19, one of my offers for a Business Analyst role was retracted due to unforeseen circumstances.
 This left me with no option but to accept a role with TCS as an Assistant System Engineer.
 Initially, I was afraid of ambiguity surrounding the role in TCS and felt a good opportunity slipped away.
 After reflecting, I decided to take a positive approach and look for ways to make the most of the situation.
 I completed a couple of certifications in analytics to align my skills with my original career goals.
 Using these certifications, I proactively reached out to my point of contact at TCS, expressing my interest in business analytics
roles.
 I requested to be considered for a project in Business Analytics, showcasing my newly acquired skills.
 This effort paid off, and I was successfully mapped to the Business Analytics and Insights team.
Impact
 The experience taught me that maintaining a hardworking attitude and positive outlook can turn challenges into opportunities.
 My key takeaway was that resilience, and adaptability can lead to better outcomes even in difficult situations.

3. What are your short-term and long-term objectives? (Max 8- 10 lines)


Short Term Goals
 I believe that learning is a never-ending process and I aim to learn daily
 I would like to use the MBA programme most by supplementing my technical knowledge with management skills in a co-
learning and competitive environment.
 I aim to put earned skills into practice in real-time business scenarios get hands-on experience in several business domains
deepen my knowledge and navigate through practical difficulties in the next few years.
Long Term Goals
 In the long term, I aspire to become a leader and assume a leadership role in the FMCG industry where I would like to bring
positive change, guide others and lead by example. Achieving this goal requires continuous personal and professional
improvement.

 ITC is an iconic Indian conglomerate known for its innovation, sustainability, and leadership across
diverse FMCG, hospitality, and agriculture sectors.
 Working with ITC will broaden my exposure to the FMCG sector, allowing me to apply my skills while
enhancing my industry knowledge.
 ITC’s commitment to sustainability resonates with my values, and I can contribute by using data-driven
insights to help achieve sustainability goals.
 My metric analysis and data management expertise can drive actionable insights to enhance ITC’s
business performance and decision-making.
