5. After-sales service & warranty
5.1 Warranty Period
⚫ The warranty period for BODOR Fiber Laser Machine is 12 months, begins from the date of machine
arrival (wearing parts excluded.)
⚫ BODOR provides customers with free on-site service within 12 months; during this period, BODOR bears
the labor costs of the service engineer and parts replacement cost under warranty.
5.2 Scope of Warranty
⚫ BODOR fiber laser cutting machines. (The machine should be under normal maintenance and operation
strictly according to the Product Guide for Laser Cutting Machine during the warranty period）.
⚫ Quality problems due to the design, manufacture or workmanship.
⚫ On condition of without influence of the machine's performance, BODOR reserves the right to change the
machine's specifications and name the machine without prior notice.
⚫ BODOR only assumes legal obligations for the quality and performance of the sold products, and does not
assume other indirect obligations and responsibilities.
⚫ The warranty complies with the special agreement signed between BODOR and customer, if there is any.
