Weekly Problem-Solving Training

Program
Program Overview
This program is designed to help participants develop and practice problem-solving skills
through weekly sessions. Each week, a new problem will be selected, and participants will
work together in groups to solve the problem. The following week, the groups will present
their solutions and discuss the problem in detail.

Group Structure and Responsibilities


Participants will be divided into groups of 3, 4, or 5 members, depending on the total
number of participants. Each group will have a designated Group Leader and members with
specific responsibilities such as Research, Presentation, and Documentation.

Group Structure (3 Members)


1. Group Leader: Oversees the group's progress and coordinates tasks.

2. Researcher: Gathers information and data related to the problem.

3. Presenter: Presents the group's findings and solutions.

Group Structure (4 Members)


1. Group Leader: Oversees the group's progress and coordinates tasks.

2. Researcher: Gathers information and data related to the problem.

3. Presenter: Presents the group's findings and solutions.

4. Documenter: Prepares and organizes the group's documentation.

Group Structure (5 Members)


1. Group Leader: Oversees the group's progress and coordinates tasks.

5. Timekeeper: Manages the time during group discussions and ensures deadlines are met.
