Introduction
Welcome to my Field Study 1 Portfolio! My name is
John Carlo B. Masangcay, and I’m excited to share my
experiences and insights from this journey in education.
Throughout this study, I had the opportunity to
explore various educational settings, from classrooms to
community programs. These experiences allowed me to
observe how teaching and learning happen in real life, giving
me a clearer picture of the challenges and successes that both
educators and students face. By connecting what I’ve learned
in my courses with real-world situations, I gained a deeper
appreciation for the complexities of education.
In this portfolio, you’ll find a collection of my beliefs
on teaching and learning pre and post observation,
certificate of completion, compilation of worksheets,
reflections, observations, and analyses. Each section
highlights key moments that have shaped my understanding
and passion for teaching. I also share my thoughts on
creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment,
which I believe is essential for student success.
