Dear ,

Your application for a visit visa to the United Kingdom has been refused.

What this means for you

Any future UK visa applications you make will be considered on their individual merits,
however you are likely to be refused unless the circumstances of your application change.
In relation to this decision, there is no right of appeal or right to administrative review.

The reasons for this decision are set out on the next page.

Yours sincerely,

TG
UKVS
REASONS FOR REFUSAL NRA v 1.0

You have applied for a visa to visit the UK.

In deciding whether you meet the requirements of Appendix V: of the Immigration Rules for
visitors (https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration-rules/immigration-rules-appendix-v-visitor-
rules), I have considered:
 your application and any additional relevant information you have provided with it
 your immigration history

The decision
I have refused your application for a visit visa because I am not satisfied that you meet the
requirements of paragraph(s) V4.2 of Appendix V because:

 You state in your application that you wish to visit the UK as a tourist for 10 days and
you are employed in Algeria with a monthly income of DZD 35000 (£223.56).

 You state that you have no other income or savings and indicated that you have
€2350 (£2,064.18) available to you for your trip to the UK. However, this is 9 times
your stated monthly income. I note that you have provided a withdrawal certificate in
your name of €2350 (£2,064.18). However, I have been unable to identify the source
of these funds and that they are still available to you for your own personal use. From
the information provided, I have been unable to establish your current financial
circumstances, your receipt of your stated monthly income and how you are
supported on a daily basis in Algeria. Furthermore, I have been unable to confirm
that you have ties in your country of residency to go back to at the end of your visit.

 You state that you will be staying at the St. David's Hotels Paddington for the
duration of your stay in the UK as per the booking provided. However, checks
confirmed that the credit card used is invalid. I am not satisfied that adequate
arrangements have been made for your visit.

 As such, I am not satisfied that you have provided an accurate portrayal of your
current personal and financial circumstances nor satisfied that your intentions to visit
the UK are as stated and that you will leave at the end of your visit.

 In light of all the above I am not satisfied that you will leave the UK at the end of your
visit; are genuinely seeking entry for a purpose that is permitted by the visitor routes
and have sufficient funds to cover all reasonable costs in relation to your visit without
working or accessing public funds. Appendix V4.2 (a) (c) and (e).
