I am going to talk about Food. My favorite food must be “Bun Cha”, a traditional Vietnamese dish
dish consisting of grilled pork patties and rice noodles. It’s so tasty and interesting. Of couse, I am
a big fan of cooking. I usually cook for family. I especially cook pasta very well. My favorite meal
of the day is snacks. After school, I often go out with my friends to eat snacks like sweet soup, fast
food, etc.
Shopping
1. Do you enjoy shopping?
2. What do you often shop for?
3. Do you like shopping online or offline?
I am going to talk about shopping. I am interested in shopping. It allows me to explore diffrents
products and it makes me relax and comfortable. Most of the time, I buy clothes. I get bored easily,
so I always want to see a new me every day. I really love shoping online. This is because It’s so
convenient because I can lie on my bed and shop with my phone

Task 2. (4mins-1m+3m)
There are 3 kinds of book: textbooks, picture books, reference books. What do you
choose for your children?

Choosing from the three available options textbooks, picture books, reference
books,I believe that textbooks is the most optimal because it is supported by a
number of following reasons.
In the first, Textbooks provide essential knowledge in subjects like math,
science, language, and history,
Secondly, this option may bring them a wide range of benefits because they
guide learning in a systematic way, offering explanations, exercises, and
assessments.
Furthermore, after making comparisons among three ideas I think that it
would prefer textbooks ecause of its merits.
 Therefore, they are the reasons why I agree with this solution.
Regarding the other options, they are not my choices because of their own
drawbacks.
- I am not in favor of picture books because it is siutable for young
children, but picture books are ideal. Finally, they are great for
engaging children through colorful illustrations and simple stories
Similarly, athough reference books sounds interesting, I do not
support this solution as it lacks convenience and suitability.
Finally, these are useful for children who are curious and enjoy
exploring topics in more depth but are not suitable for all students.
Hence, they are the reasons why I do not agree with these solutions.
To sum up, if I were in the situation, I would go for textbooks because it is
the most suitable.

Self-studying is very important for students.

It is a face that TOPIC plays an important role in our life

Nowadays, an increasing number of people are concerned about SELF-

STUDING
Today, I am going to talk about the Self-studying is very important for
students.

Firstly, it is the fact that One of the key benefits is enhanced focus. Because
students are free from the distractions of a classroom environment,
allowing them to concentrate fully on the subject matter.
Therefore, it is good for people.

Secondly, it is obvious that the ability to learn at their own pace.

For example, Every student learns differently, and self-studying allows
them to spend more time on challenging topics or move quickly through
easier material.
Hence, it is benifical to people.

Finally, we cannot deny that Self-studying also builds a sense of
responsibility.
This is because When students take charge of their own learning, they
become more accountable for their progress.
So/ Thus, it has positive effects on self-studying
I think that 3 ideas are comprehensive. I cannot think of other ideas.
To sum up, I strongly belive that Self-studying is very important for
students.

I think to become a good student, it is important to have self-studying
and awareness.
2. What role should the teacher have in a classroom?
Teachers play a very important role in the classroom. They are the ones
who teach and guide students. Without teachers, students would have
no knowledge and experience.
3. Do you think computers will one day replace teachers in the
classroom?
I think that will never happen. because computers do not have emotions
like humans and cannot replace teachers.

Technology
1. What technology do you often use, computers or cellphones?
I often use cellphones. Because it is convenient and small which can bring
everywhere. I spend about 5 hours using it to sulf Facebook or watch
Tiktok. It makes me feel relax after many hours of hard sutdy
2. Is there any technology you want to buy?
Honestly, I want to buy new laptop. This is because my laptop is very old
and does not have enough memory to support my studies. I plan to buy one
next week because I have saved enough money to buy the laptop I like.
3. What are the disadvantages of using technology?
 I think people can become overly reliant on teachnology especially with
cellphones. And Excessive screen time can cause physical health issues
like eye strain, and sleep disturbances.

Environment
1. Are there any environmental problems in your country?
There are many environmental problems in my country such as air
pollution, water pollution, land pollution,... Especially now air pollution
has become a big problem. i live in hanoi where air pollution ranks 2nd in
the world
2. What causes environmental problems?
The causes of environmental problems are human activities such as
factories, vehicles and poor awareness of people such as littering, cutting
down trees, etc. These things have led to environmental problems.
3. What do you do to prevent our environment from pollution?
To prevent environmental pollution, I reduce, reuse and recycle materials
whenever possible. I minimize my use of plastic, choose eco-friendly
products and save energy by turning off the lights.

Part 2:
Your friend is going on a long journey by train on his own. Which do
you think is the best way to pass time on a long journey?

that (Option A) is the most optimal because it is supported by a number of
following reasons.
 In the first, the best way to pass time on a long train journey depends on
personal preference, but reading books is often a great choice. (KHEN 1)
Secondly, this option may bring me/him/them a wide range of benefits
because it allows you to immerse yourself in a story or learn something new,
(KHEN 2 – PMK)
Furthermore, after making comparisons among three ideas I think that
I/she/he/they would prefer + phương án em chọn because of its merits,
Finally, It’s also a quiet and peaceful activity (KHEN 3)

Therefore, they are the reasons why I agree with this solution.
Regarding the other options, they are not my choices because of their own
drawbacks.
- I am not in favor of slepping because it is boring and inconvenient.
- On top of that, a second minus point could be that I am not interested
in slepping
- Finally, Sleeping means missing out on the opportunity to enjoy
the scenery outside (mở rộng R-E)
Similarly, athough (OPTION C) sounds interesting, I do not support this
solution as it lacks convenience and suitability.

- Finally, you might not always find someone who is friendly,
interesting, leading to an awkward or uncomfortable situation.

To sum up, if I were in the situation, I would go for OPTION A because it is
