FNAF STORY BUT HAS LORE

In a small town, the family-friendly Freddy Fazbear's Pizza becomes

a beloved attraction, known for its lively animatronic characters: Freddy Fazbear, Bonnie the
Bunny, Chica the Chicken, and Foxy the Pirate Fox. These robotic mascots delight children
during the day, but at night, they house a darker secret. Co-founder William Afton—a brilliant
but twisted engineer—has sinister plans lurking behind the pizzeria’s cheerful facade.

In the early days, William Afton and Henry Emily, his business partner, created Freddy
Fazbear's Pizza with the dream of entertaining families. But while Henry saw the venture as a
wholesome project, William saw it as an opportunity to indulge his darker desires. In an
unthinkable act, William began luring children into the back rooms, using a Spring Bonnie
costume to gain their trust. He took their lives, hiding their bodies within the animatronic suits.
The souls of these children, furious and confused, became bound to the animatronics, who began
acting erratically.

The pizzeria is plagued by reports of odd smells, malfunctioning robots, and sightings of spectral
children. Despite attempts to hide these incidents, the pizzeria’s reputation suffers. In FNAF 1,
Mike Schmidt, a night security guard, experiences these horrors firsthand. The possessed
animatronics, driven by the children's vengeful spirits, attempt to reach him every night,
mistaking him for their killer. Mike’s survival depends on his ability to monitor them through
security cameras, close doors, and conserve power until morning.

As the years pass, Fazbear Entertainment tries to rebrand, reopening with new animatronics and
security systems in FNAF 2. The company introduces “toy” versions of the original characters
with facial recognition technology meant to prevent another tragedy. However, these new
animatronics also malfunction, and the “withered” original characters return, further haunted by
the children's souls. In this installment, William Afton returns, still disguised in his Spring
Bonnie suit, to commit more murders.

Then, Fazbear Entertainment shuts down again. Years later, in FNAF 3, Fazbear's Fright: The
Horror Attraction opens, seeking to capitalize on the infamous legend of the pizzeria. The
attraction displays old pizzeria relics, but during the setup, they make a horrifying discovery:
Springtrap, an old animatronic suit that contains William Afton's corpse. Years ago, in a fit of
arrogance, Afton attempted to dismantle the animatronics. Unknowingly, he triggered their
spirits, which cornered him, leading him to hide in the Spring Bonnie suit. The suit
malfunctioned, killing him and trapping his spirit inside, creating Springtrap. Now, at Fazbear's
Fright, he has returned, fueled by pure malevolence.

In FNAF 4, the story shifts to a young boy plagued by nightmares of horrifying animatronics. He
is traumatized by a tragic event: during his birthday party at the pizzeria, his older brother and
friends shoved him into the mouth of an animatronic. The animatronic's jaws closed, leading to a
fatal accident. This child, later revealed to be Evan Afton, William's son, represents the impact
of William’s horrific actions on his own family.
FNAF: Sister Location delves deeper into William Afton’s dark legacy. After Freddy’s original
locations close down, Afton establishes a new venue: Circus Baby’s Entertainment and
Rental, featuring highly advanced animatronics like Circus Baby and Funtime Freddy.
Designed to lure and capture children, these animatronics contain sophisticated mechanisms,
reflecting Afton’s escalating madness. Tragically, his daughter Elizabeth Afton falls victim to
Circus Baby’s trap. Possessed by her spirit, Baby becomes an increasingly sentient and
manipulative force. William’s son, Michael Afton, later takes a job at Circus Baby's to uncover
his father’s secrets and to try to save his sister’s soul. But in a horrific twist, Michael is captured
and merged with a collective of animatronic parts, becoming Ennard.

FNAF: Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria Simulator (FNAF 6) brings Michael full circle. He opens a
new pizzeria in a desperate attempt to draw all the haunted animatronics into one place. His goal
is to end the nightmare once and for all by luring his father, Elizabeth, and all the restless spirits
to the pizzeria. He sets the building on fire, hoping to free the trapped souls and finally put an
end to the twisted legacy of his family. Henry, too, plays a part, leaving a recorded message,
confronting William for his crimes, and bidding farewell to his own daughter, Charlie (whose
spirit possesses The Puppet). The fire is meant to release all the souls—children, family
members, and finally, William.

However, Fazbear Entertainment refuses to let the haunted history die. In FNAF: Help Wanted,
they release a virtual reality game to sanitize their image and rebuild the brand. But through the
game, William Afton’s essence emerges in digital form as Glitchtrap, trying to escape into the
real world. He begins to manipulate players, particularly Vanny, a reluctant follower who
becomes his apprentice and continues his dark work.

The story culminates in FNAF: Security Breach, set in the Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex, a
towering entertainment complex. Gregory, a young boy, becomes trapped inside overnight and
befriends Glamrock Freddy, who, unlike other animatronics, seems to care for him. Together,
they uncover that Glitchtrap—now Burntrap—is still manipulating the animatronics, using
Vanny to continue his legacy. Gregory and Glamrock Freddy face off against Burntrap and his
army of corrupted animatronics, hoping to escape and end Afton’s influence once and for all.
