Begin with classroom routine:
a. Prayer
b. Checking of Attendance
c. Quick Kamustahan

 Begin with a question: “What does it mean to be responsible


Introduction 5 mins for your actions?”
 Show a picture of a group of children playing happily together.
 Ask: “What do you see in the picture? How do you think these
children feel?”
 Introduce the topic: “Today, we will learn about accountability
and peace.”

Reflective 15 mins  Play the Kwentong Pambata YouTube video: Hans ang
Thinking Parkupino (Hedgehog).
 Ask the following questions:
 How did Hans feel when he was alone?

 What did Hans do to protect himself?


 Was Hans’ action right or wrong? Why?
 How can Hans make friends without hurting others?
 Divide the class into groups.
 Give each group a scenario involving a conflict.
 Ask the groups to discuss and come up with peaceful solutions.
 Let each group present their solutions to the class.

 Introduce the concept of positive and negative peace concepts.


 Give examples of each type.
 Create a chart with two columns: Positive Peace Concepts and
Structure Values Negative Peace Concepts.
