CLA DigX Internship Tasks (October Week 1 and Week 2)

1. Interview Questionnaire
Create a standard questionnaire based on the interviews done by Raymund and on the process
map. Also, include new set of questions that will help us determine if the process is (Internal,
Internal with college or external). Include some questions on the actual type of data, location of
data and some contingency plan
2. Feasibility Study
- What is the possible content of feasibility study?
- Do some researches about IT related feasibility study that is related to process maps review
and digital transformation of CLA?
- Create a list of summaries of the contents and comparison of research you did
- Finalize a recommended feasibility study template to be used (word and powerpoint)

Due Date: October Week 1 (Oct 4)

3. What is the content of IT roadmap? (same approach with feasibility study)


- Presentation and Word
- Include 5 years timeline (technology, process and people)
4. Knowledge Management (same approach with feasibility study)
- Include a recommended approach on how we can do K.M. in all our process maps and
information generated for future references
- Steps on how to do Knowledge management
- Recommended ways/alternate solution for K.M.
- Presentation and Word
5. Cybersecurity Research (same with feasibility study)
- Identify the content of a standard security document that can be applicable to our project
- Create simple research that can help CLA enhance their security measures and security
documentation for CLA Dig X

6. Demo of Systems Used (IT Systems/ ICT Demo)


7. Business Continuity Plan (same with feasibility study)

8. IT Readiness (same with feasibility study)


- How can the department need to prepare?
- Create a list of IT Readiness checklist that is suitable for CLA process map set-up
9. Process Maps Categories
- Research on several ways of process maps categories for school (e.g. High priority process,
medium priority) or any findings you see to help categorize process maps
- Are there any standard categorization of process maps?
