Charpit’s Method for solving First Order PDE’s

Any integral of Eq. (5) involving p or q or both can be taken as the second relation (2).
Then, the integration of Eq. (3) gives the complete integral as desired.

Remark: It may be noted that all Charpit’s equations need not be used, but it is enough
to choose the simplest of them.
