USER MANUAL

FOR
Common Application Form
for Issuance of Trade License
(Certificate of Enlistment)
and Registration under Shops
and Establishment

Department of Urban

Affairs,
Government of West Bengal
Click on to www.edistrict.wb.gov.in/PACE/login.do and click on ‘New Registration’ button

A Citizen Registration window will appear. Filled up details and click on ‘Next’
Filled up the username, password and confirm password. Click on ‘Next’

OTP send to registered ‘Mobile No.’


Enter the OTP and click on ‘Submit’ button

Applicants will be successfully registered and click on ‘Login’


After Registration, applicant will choose ‘Unified License for Trade & Shops’ tab and enter USERNAME,
PASSWORD AND CAPTCHA. Click on ‘LOGIN’.

After login through the West Bengal e-District Unified License for Trade & Shops tab, the following Home
page appears.
Choose the ‘Combined Form for Issuance of Trade License (Certificate of Enlistment) and Registration of
Shops & Establishment’ tab.

Applicant choose ‘Trade Category’ and ‘Nature of Trade’. Click on Next link.
Applicant will read the Eligibility Criteria, Documents Required, Fees details.

After read the details, applicant will click on ‘Apply’


The application form opens and the details are required to be filled in by the applicant

Click on ‘Save and Next’


Applicant will fill up the Communication Address details

Applicant will fill up the Details of Business


Click on the check box ‘I Accept’ and Click on ‘Save and Next’
Click on ‘Attached Supporting Document’

Click on ‘Upload’
Applicant will upload the Identity proof documents
Applicant will upload the proof of ownership/occupancy documents
Showing the Supporting Documents Details. Click on ‘Save & Next’

After uploading the documents, the applicant is required to click on ‘Submit’ link to submit the
application
After submit the application, Applicant will click on ‘Proceed to Pay’ link.

After Clicking on Proceed to Pay, Applicant will click on ‘Track Application’. Applicant will click on ‘Pay
Now’ for Issuance of Trade License (Certificate of Enlistment) in Municipal Area.
Select a ‘PAYMENT GATEWAY’ option.

Before Pay, Applicant will click on ‘Preview Certificate’

After view the Preview Documents, Click on ‘Pay’ link.


Choose the ‘Payment option’
Click on ‘Finish’ button.
After Clicking on Finish button, appears the ‘Track Application’. Click on ‘Download Output Documents’.

The final QR Code Permanent Certificate of Enlistment


Again click on ‘Track Application’. Applicant will click on ‘Pay Now’ for Registration of Shops &
Establishments.

Select a ‘PAYMENT GATEWAY’ option.


Click on ‘Pay’

In GRIPS Select Payment Mode and ‘Confirm’ the payment


Click to ‘Proceed’ the payment

Click to ‘Proceed’ the payment


Insert the correct Captcha code and ‘Confirm Payment’
After payment, click on ‘Track Application’
Application’. Click on ‘Download Output Documents’.
The final Certificate of Registration of Shops & Establishment
Certificate can be download by user post approval, even without login through ‘Third Party Verification’
for Certificate of Enlistment

Enter AIN no. 0109882211113619 and then click on Search link


The Certificate details will appear on this web-page and user is required to click on the link under ‘View
Certificate’ to view the certificate

On clicking on the link under ‘View certificate’ the certificate opens in the web-page.
