A. Did you receive the Service Job Release (Form 10)? Note: Don’t leave without it.
B. Do you know the Customer’s contact person? His number?
C. Do you know the scope of work?
D. Do you know the location?
E. Did you coordinate with the RISAS persons going with you?
F. Did you receive the copy of the Gate Pass or Access Permit - For you, your tools and your car?
G. Did you check the safety of your car – tires, oil, filter, etc.?
H. Did you bring your ID’s – Iqama, Car Registration, Driver’s License?
I. Did you bring your Airline ticket, Hotel Reservation?
J. Did you bring the Test Forms, Time Sheet, Completion Report Form? NOTE: Let Customer sign
K. Did you bring all the tools, Test Leads, Instruments, and equipment needed –all with valid Calibration?
