With reference to your application for the above post and based on your performance in the Online Main Exam held on 29.09.2024, we are pleased to

Important :

Please note that you have been called for interview based on the information furnished by you in the online application form. In case of any
discrepancy in any of the information in the online application form you will not be permitted for interview. The name of the candidate in the
online application form, photo identity proof etc. should tally letter by letter. No change in any of the information furnished in the online
application will be permitted.
You must reach the Interview Venue by the time mentioned above. Candidates reporting late will not be allowed to appear for interview.
IBPS/RRBs will not be responsible for any delay or disruption in transport or such other circumstances.
 1. Before appearing for interview, you are required to upload the scanned copies of requisite documents as mentioned below, through a link
provided on authorized website (www.ibps.in) of IBPS from 06.11.2024, till one day prior to your interview date.

a. Proof of Date of Birth [Birth Certificate issued by Competent Authorities or SSLC/ Std. X Certificate with DOB];
b. Marksheets for each semester/year/Consolidated marksheet or Degree/PG/Professional Certificate in support of having obtained

the relevant educational qualification stipulated for the post.

The date of passing the examination which is reckoned for eligibility will be the date of passing appearing on the original
marksheet/provisional certificate/final certificate. No other document shall be accepted as valid for reckoning the eligibility date for

prescribed educational qualification.

c. Certificates in support of the candidate’s Category & Sub-category as under;

- SC / ST / OBC Category: Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format as stipulated by
Government of India in the case of SC / ST / OBC category candidates.
Candidates belonging to OBC category but coming under creamy layer and/or if their caste does not find place in the Central List

are not entitled to OBC reservation.

- EWS candidates are required to upload an ‘Income and Asset Certificate’ issued by any one of the competent authorities as

notified by the Government of India in the prescribed format.

- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities Category: Medical certificate issued by the Competent Authority

(proforma available on authorised IBPS website).

- Persons with Specified Disability Category (below 40%): Medical certificate (Appendix-I) issued by the competent Medical
Authority of a Govt. Healthcare Institution as per OM-F.No.29-6/2019-DD-III dated 10.08.2022.

- Persons affected by 1984 riots category: Certificate from the District Magistrate stating that the candidate is eligible for relief in
terms of the Rehabilitation Package for 1984 Riot Affected Persons sanctioned by the Government and communicated vide

Ministry of Finance, Dept. of Financial Services communication No. F.No.9/21/2006-IR dated 27.07.2007.
- Ex-servicemen Category: Service or Discharge Book along with Pension Payment Order with documentary proof of rank last /
presently held (substantive as well as acting) i.e. full service particulars. In case of working defence personnel, Service Certificate

from Competent Authority stating that they will be relieved from defence services on or before 26.06.2025.
- If candidates already / previously employed: Certificates in support of post qualification work experience applicable to the post

applied for
- Work experience certificate, if applicable (Hard copy/Digitally signed copy/Received from valid email id) (as on 27.06.2024) duly
specifying the date of joining, whether confirmed in the services, salary drawn, nature of work handled, date of relieving and

reasons for relieving etc., from present/previous employer, if any;

All ORIGINAL documents (along with attested photocopies) should be brought at the time of Interview.
2. Following documents should be brought in ORIGINAL at the interview venue,

a. Print out of this Call Letter for Interview

b. Printout of the online application submitted to IBPS for CRP RRBs - XIII
c. Valid recent Photo Identify Proof (such as PAN card / Passport / Permanent Driving Licence / Voter’s Card with Photograph / Bank Passbook

with Photograph / Photo ID proof issued by Gazzetted Officer or People’s Representative on official letterhead / ID Card issued by a recognized
College or University / Aadhaar Card / E-Aadhaar Card with a photograph / Employee ID / Bar Council Identity Card with Photograph) in original

as well as a photocopy.
Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License will not be accepted as valid ID proof.
In case of candidates who have changed their name will be allowed only if they produce original Gazette notification or original marriage

certificate or affidavit in original.

d. No Objection Certificate from the present employer in case of candidates presently working in Government/ Quasi Govt. offices/Public

Sector Undertakings (including Nationalised Banks and Financial Institutions)

3. All Other related certificates / marksheets / experience certificates on which your eligibility is decided
4. Please note that the candidates who come for the interview without the above mentioned certificates / documents or found ineligible at the time of

verification of the documents will not be allowed to attend the interview/will not be considered for further selection process. No undertaking in this
connection shall be entertained.

Repeat :
It is reiterated that No candidate shall be allowed to appear for the interview on the basis of an undertaking in lieu of identity proof or documents
mentioned above. Candidature of the candidate if allowed to appear at the interview on the basis of undertaking in lieu of identity proof or documents

mentioned shall be summarily rejected without citing any reason.

5. Biometric data (right thumb impression or otherwise) and photograph captured at the time of online main examination will be verified at the interview

venue. Decision of the Biometric data verification authority with regard to its status (matched or mismatched) shall be final and binding upon the
candidates. Refusal to participate in the process of biometric data verification on any occasion may lead to cancellation of candidature. With
regards to the same, please note the following :

(a) If fingers are coated (stamped ink/mehndi/coloured...etc), ensure to thoroughly wash them so that coating is completely removed before the
interview day.

(b) If fingers are dirty or dusty, ensure to wash them and dry them before the finger print (biometric) is verified.
(c) Ensure fingers of both hands are dry. If fingers are moist, wipe each finger to dry them.
(d) If the primary finger (right thumb) to be verified is injured/damaged, immediately notify the concerned authority in the interview centre.

(Any failure to observe these points will result in non-admittance for the interview)
6. IBPS/RRBs may also conduct (on voluntary basis) online Aadhaar verification of the candidates/scribes at different stages of the process.

7. Candidates will have to appear for Interview at their own expenses. Only eligible out station SC/ST / Persons With Benchmark Disabilities category
candidates called for interview will be paid Second Class to & fro train/bus fare or actual expenses incurred, whichever is less from normal place of

residence to the place of interview by shortest route, on production of proof of travel. Please note that, the above facilities will not be admissible to
the SC/ ST / Persons With Benchmark Disabilities category candidates who are already in service in Central / State Government, Public
Undertakings / Local self Government, Institutions and Panchayats.

Candidates who do not produce relevant certificates mentioned above shall neither be permitted to appear for the Interview, nor shall be paid any
travelling expenses. Any subsequent representation claiming Travelling Allowance shall not be entertained.

8. Please note that you will be permitted to attend the Interview as mentioned above, subject to;
i) Your fulfillment of eligibility criteria/conditions regarding qualification, age, category etc., as stipulated in the notification; and
ii) Correctness of information given by you in application including

a) Caste / Community Certificate in the case of SC / ST / OBC category candidates;

b) Medical Certificate in the case of Persons with Disabilities / category candidates and

c) Income and Asset Certificate in the case of EWS category candidates

iii) Establishment of your identity.
9. Please note that, the admission to Interview is provisional only and if it is found at any later stage that you do not conform to eligibility norms, your

candidature will be summarily rejected. Please note that in case at any stage of selection, and even after appointment, it comes to the notice of
IBPS/RRB that you do not/you did not possess the requisite qualification and/ or you do not/you did not fulfill the eligibility criteria as given in the

notification, your candidature will be liable to be rejected. Further, in case it is noticed that you have furnished any incorrect/false information or
suppressed any material fact(s), your candidature will stand cancelled. If any of these shortcomings is/are detected even after appointment, your
services are liable to be terminated.

10. Please note that a candidate is allowed to appear only once for examination and interview under CRP RRBs-XIII. Multiple appearances in
examination and/or interview will result in cancellation of candidature.

11. This is not an offer of appointment nor does it represent any commitment on the part of any RRB to select you to any post in any RRB. The decision
of the IBPS/RRB in all matters related to Interview and selection of the candidates would be final and binding on the candidates. No correspondence
would be entertained in this regard.

12. IBPS/RRB will not entertain any request / correspondence for change of Date / Time / Venue of Interview.
13. Please note that the interview date/ venue may change for administrative reasons, which shall be notified to candidates.

14. Any canvassing for selection including change of date, time and venue of the interview shall be considered as disqualification.
15. Please note that those candidates who have been debarred form appearing in CRP Examination for a specified period in terms of communication
made to that effect by IBPS may act accordingly.
