To learn more about


how a project owner
creates a new guided
sourcing event, follow
this interactive
tutorial.

1. Open the Create


list.

2. Select Guided
sourcing project.

3. Enter the name of
your event, especially
if your company has
a best practice for
naming events for
better searching.

In the Name field,


enter Guided
Sourcing RFP
Sample and press
Enter.

Complete any
required fields that
are marked with an
asterisk (*).

4. Choose Yes for the


Test project.

event.

6. To select the Event


type, open the list.

start the event or
start it when the
event is published.

To do this, choose
Edit.

Clear 30 from the


Minutes field.

Supplier Request
