Instruction: Prepare your proposed business's production/service delivery process and waste
disposal/management plan.

Production Process and Service Delivery (50 points)


A flow chart that presents the manufacturing process of the product or the delivery of service to the
consumers. A detailed procedure presenting product manufacturing/service delivery with corresponding
photos and descriptions must be included. It includes the following:

• Organization work plan


• Individual and/or team work plans
• Individual project plans

Waste Disposal/Management Plan (50 points)


The primary tool to guide workers toward waste management and includes the management's
initiatives to achieve the goals managing construction waste. This addresses the management of all solid
and liquid refuse, including hazardous and non-hazardous waste, produced due to a project.
