CLINIVIEW™ 11 and SCANORA™ 6 software products were removed from general availability on December
29th 2023. We are approaching the end of the extended availability period, May 23rd 2024.
After this date, the affected software is only available as additional licenses for existing customers. New
customer installations are no longer permitted, including upgrades from previous releases. Only sales items
listed below for additional licenses will remain available until the end of this year.

Support period
Support is available on a best effort basis for a period of 5 years until December 31st 2028, based on
company policy. Please note, support for future Windows operating system versions will not be available
during the support period. The supported operating systems defined in the CLINIVIEW™ 11.11 and
SCANORA™ 6.11 installation manuals will remain in effect throughout the support period. Customers needing
support for future operating systems should transition to DTX Studio™ suite to receive future operating system
support.
Software installation packages will remain available in our tech.dexis.com support portal during the support
period to service existing customers.
License activations
License activations for the CLINIVIEW™ 11 and SCANORA™ 6 software are permanent (without expiration)
and will not be inactivated. Following the end of the support period, the activation servers will be closed on
December 31st 2028. Following the closing of the activation servers, existing activated licenses will continue to
work; however, moving (re-homing) an activated license or activating a license on a new PC will no longer be
possible.
Upgrade path
The upgrade path for customers is DTX Studio™ suite. The transition from CLINIVIEW™ 11 and
SCANORA™ 6 to DTX Studio™ suite is seamless as they share the same image database. Please note, DTX
Studio™ Core (image database) may need to be upgraded when transitioning to DTX Studio™ suite from
CLINIVIEW™ 11 or SCANORA™ 6. This is a simple upgrade and does not require data migration. Please

work with customers to ensure a smooth transition to DTX Studio™ suite before the end of the support period
to ensure uninterrupted support.
FAQ
Question 1: Can the software be installed after the end of the extended availability period, ending on May
23rd 2024?
Answer 1: Yes, the software can be installed after the extended availability period. Licenses can be activated
until the license activation servers are closed on December 31st 2028.
Question 2: Can I order the software during the extended availability period and install it later, after the
extended availability period has ended?
Answer 2: Yes
Question 4: Are upgrades still available after the extended availability period?
Answer 4: Upgrades must be purchased prior to the end of the extended availability period, but can be
installed at any time prior to the closing of the license activation servers on December 31st 2028.
