Procedures
a. Battery limits of the Piping system that was examined should be indicated in the Torqued File report(s) or highlighted
on a copy of the master red lined, As-Built dwgs that should be attached to the report(s).
b. Obtain the Contractor’s Torque File with referenced documentation.
c. The typical Torque File consists of:
1) Torque Map, with Torque Log
2) Certification documentation of Pipe Fitters
3) Approved Torque procedure with appropriate torque values.
4) Third party inspection (if applicable)
d. All document procedures & test results w/referenced attachments to be verified, numbered, & filed in Project
Turnover Package (TOP).

Pipe Specification?
5. Were all appropriate initials and/or signatures completed by designated
Contractor and Pfizer personnel/reps?
6. Is all the documentation complete and accepted?
7. Has the system passed acceptance based on the
commissioning scope of work?
