recognize in the 10K Coaching Academy is that coaches usually get ahead of
themselves.
We have put together a document outlining five different avatars and the
content you should be posting each day for an entire month to help you attract
that specific avatar.

Pain: you’re too busy to work out because, between work and kids, you are super busy

Solution: By simply implementing 20 minutes of at-home workouts before the kids even wake
up can make massive changes

Problem: you get bored at work, and you start to eat all the snacks in the work cubbies
Solution:
1. bring healthy snacks with you
2. eat your meals on time
3. Drink you water
Vision: If you do this, you will curb your hunger and keep your body full, less likely to give into
temptations
