HOW TO USE THIS

While an avatar is essential, one of the main things that we have started to
recognize in the 10K Coaching Academy is that coaches usually get ahead of
themselves.

They start to overthink who their avatar is.

Then it starts to be counterproductive because they don't start producing


content on their social media, which then leads to them not attracting any
potential clients.

This document is going to solve that problem.

We have put together a document outlining five different avatars and the
content you should be posting each day for an entire month to help you attract
that specific avatar.

WHAT ARE THE AVATAR STATEMENTS?


I help Dad’s lose the dadbod for good and get beach ready for the next family
vacation all without giving up going out with either their family or friends

I help Mom’s lose that stubborn mom pooch, get rid of those bat wings, and
gain their confidence back all without giving up wine night (even if it’s every
night 😉 )

I help Career Driven “men/women” (PICK ONE) lose 20+ lbs., and gain their
confidence back so when they walk into the office, they feel worthy and ready
for that next promotion

I help young “men/women” (PICK ONE) lose the 15-20 lbs. that they gained
during college, gain their confidence back, all without giving up “girls/boys”

I help Ex-athletes who feel lost without sports lose 20+ lbs., and gain their
confidence back without giving up

BIG MISTAKES I SEE OTHERS MAKE IN THE GYM THAT CAUSES THEM NOT TO SEE PROGRESS
Pain: You’re not seeing any progress in the gym
Problem: You’re doing tons of cardio/ activity between lifting sets because you’re limited on
time
Solution: Teach them how lifting helps improve their metabolism and doing cardio between
sets doesn’t help with that it just burns calories
Vision: if you start focusing on building muscle rather calories burned you will start to see a lot
more progress
