The CircuitMaster 4000M mixed-signal circuit analyser is


a completely new approach to circuit testing and analysis,
combining traditional and new test instruments previously
only available in separate packages.

CircuitMaster 4000M – mixed signal circuit analyser

The CircuitMaster is a unique circuit test instrument, designed with Technical Specification
two aims in mind: -
Supply voltage 230/240V AC or 110V AC (auto switch) 50/60Hz
• To simplify the safe probing of fine pitch PCBs
Interfaces USB, footswitch, BNC, MultiWay, 4mm

• To combine traditional and new test methods in one instrument Display type Colour LCD 320 x 240 pixel

On fine pitch ICs and tiny components, probing component pins is difficult, DSO bandwidth 100MHz
and there is a constant risk of damage by shorting pins. With traditional
DSO sample rate 50MS/s single shot, 250MS/s – 25GS/s in ERS mode
instruments probing is “blind” while instrument controls are adjusted. The
DSO resolution 10 bits maximum, 8 bits on 10mV/div and 20mV div ranges
CircuitMaster uses full automatic ranging to eliminate adjustments during
probing, so the operator can continuously view the pin. In addition the Maximum input +/-200V DC or peak AC, +/-25V in VI or FirmFlex mode,
