sustained a gunshot wound specifically to the
middle of the forehead which caused his death
and that he sustained frictional abrasions on
both his knees. And to prove the distance of
the firearm used in shooting the victim based
on the examination of the wound.
Anatomical Sketch Exhibit No. To prove the relative position of the victim
when he was shot vis-à-vis the assailants, that
he was in kneeling position when he was shot
and the trajectory of the bullet that hit the body
of the victim.
