Involved in the design, development, maintain and support phase of the project c alled Portfolio Analyzer for Fixed Income Group used by Portfolio Managers. This application allows Portfolio Manager to analyze the portfolio and make decision based on it. It shows how the bond portfolio is doing compared to the other Ind exes. This project is made very generic so that we don't have to modify the program fo r every new field we add in the ASCII file and for the calculation. Tables were created in the generic manner so only the changes made were in the rows and not the columns. VB 6.0 and SQL Server 2000 were used as front end and back end resp ectively. Before this application was developed it was impossible for the Portfo lio Manager to analyze the entire portfolio in the little amount of time. Now it only takes couple of minutes to do it. Data was also displayed by using ASP, VB Script and SQL Server to display it on the internet so that users can easily access the intranet web site and see the r esults. Supported the application to 100+ multiple users in the company. RADAR (Retail Account Data Analysis & Reporting) is application software, wh ich primarily targets the Wines and Spirit Groups of Seagram.
