Dear Parents,
In accordance with the directives from the Directorate of Education, all students are required
to have an APAAR ID for digital record management and academic tracking. This unique
identification will link your child’s educational records, including Board Examination
results and certificates, to a centralized digital system.
Please note that hardcopies of Board Examination results and certificates will be
discontinued. These documents will now be issued exclusively through DigiLocker, linked
with the APAAR ID. Therefore, it is essential for every student to have their APAAR ID
created as soon as possible.
1. Digital Access to Board Results & Certificates: Board Examination results, mark
sheets, and certificates will only be accessible digitally through DigiLocker using
the APAAR ID.
2. Efficient Academic Record Management: The APAAR ID will centralize all
academic data, making it easier for parents and students to access records, results, and
other important documents digitally.
3. Seamless School Transfers: Academic records can be transferred easily without
paperwork through the APAAR ID.
4. Access to Scholarships and Government Benefits: The APAAR ID will facilitate
quick access to government schemes, scholarships, and other student benefits.
5. Future Preparedness: The APAAR ID will be essential for accessing higher
education services and exams, as all academic documents will be digitally available
through this platform.
The APAAR ID will be directly linked to the student’s Aadhar Card, and it is critical that
the Aadhar-linked contact number is correct and active. This contact number will be used
for verification and receiving important updates related to DigiLocker, Board results, and
other educational communications.
Please ensure that the contact number associated with the Aadhar Card is accurate to avoid
any delays in creating the APAAR ID or accessing digital records.
Documents Required:
1. Fill out the attached Consent Form allowing the school to submit the necessary
documents for APAAR ID creation.
2. Submit the Consent Form and the required documents to the Class Teacher by
23rd October 2024.
This process is essential to ensure your child’s academic records, including Board results
and certificates, are properly managed and accessible in a digital format. Your prompt action
in submitting the required documents is highly appreciated.
