Here is an example of best time table for students that prioritizes study!
5:20 AM – 5:40 AM: Workout, do breathwork & meditate to be energetic & active the
whole day long
6:30 AM – 7:00 AM: Healthy breakfast & getting ready for the school.
(Till 3:00 PM, we hope that you all may return home.)
9:31 PM – 10: 30 PM: Revise or learn what you got as HW from the school.
