Personal Vehicles
The vehicles component of my strategy outlines what I can accomplish independently and what
requires collaboration. I need to develop my own knowledge in mentorship and educational
methodologies through research and training. However, I will also rely on partnerships with
schools, local organizations, and experienced mentors to build a robust support system for young
people. Recognizing this interdependence will enhance my ability to foster meaningful
relationships and leverage resources effectively.
