STUDENT INDUSTRIALTRAINING
ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
The bearer of this letter, Mr/Miss/Mrs: ----------------------------------------------------------------- is a

400 level student with Reg. No……………………………….in the Department of Electrical
Engineering of this University. It is the requirement in the University and COREN that students,
at the end of this level of their course should undergo a six (6) months industrial training in a
relevant industry. We will therefore, be grateful if you could offer this student a place in your
industry of this purpose.

As much as possible we will like the student to be involved with any of the following:-

1. Maintenance and repairs of Electric/Equipment


2. Maintenance and repairs of Electrical/Power Equipment.
3. Electrical Installation.
4. Engineering Sales and Marketing
5. Research/Design and Development.

We shall be grateful if this training programme is adhered to. Throughout the period of this
training, the student should be treated as a member of your staff in terms of work rules and
regulations. The student has been instructed on what to do. He/she should under no circumstances
be allowed any time off.
