1. Design and Follow a Complete Teaching Plan:


o Create engaging lesson plans that align with
educational standards.
o Incorporate activities, songs, stories, and games to
motivate and stimulate children’s abilities.
2. Teach Alphabet and Numeracy:
o Introduce children to letters, numbers, and basic
math concepts.
o Foster language development and early literacy
skills.
3. Organize Learning Material and Resources:
o Prepare materials such as books, art supplies, and
educational tools.
o Ensure a stimulating and safe classroom
environment.
4. Maintain an Open Line of Communication with
Parents:
o Regularly update parents on their child’s progress.
o Provide appropriate information and address any
concerns.
5. Assess Student Performance and Progress:
o Monitor children’s development and ensure they are
mastering essential skills.
o Use various assessment methods to evaluate their
growth.
6. Nurture Cooperation and Sharing:
o Encourage positive interactions among students.
o Promote social skills and emotional development.
7. Comply with Teaching Standards and Safety
Regulations:
o Follow guidelines for classroom management and
safety.
o Cooperate with administrative staff and fellow
educators.

Required Skills:

 Proven Working Experience: Previous experience as a


kindergarten teacher, assistant, or teacher aide.
 Knowledge of Child Development: Understand child
development theories and practices.
 Creative and Artistic Teaching Abilities: Use
innovative methods to engage young learners.
 Teaching and Organization Skills: Plan lessons
effectively and manage classroom activities.
 Patience and Flexibility: Adapt to the needs of diverse
students.
 Strong Communication Skills: Maintain open
communication with parents and colleagues.
 Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best
practices in education.
 Education Background: A BSc degree in education or a
relevant license/certificate.
