RE: END OF TERM II 2022 COMMUNICATION CIRCULAR

GREETINGS,
We greet you in the name of the almighty God.

APPRECIATION:
We thank God for enabling us to provide for our children in any way you and the school have been able to.
Special thanks go to all those who managed to pay for our tour to the WILD LIFE EDUCATION CENTRE
(zoo) and other places which was very successful.

END OF TERM II
Term II ends today on 5th Aug. 2022 and term III begins on 29th Aug. 2022. The headteacher’s office will
remain open throughout the holidays from 09:00am to 06:00pm Monday to Friday.
We shall have a holiday program running from 8th Aug. to 26th Aug. 2022 with a fee of;
boarding – Shs 250,000/= , day – Shs 5,000/= per day or Shs 25,000/=.

SCHOOL FEES:
We thank all those parents who have positively co-operated with us and paid in time. We have not increased the
school fees despite of the fluctuation of prices here and there. This should cause concern into parents to pay on
time.

DEFAULTS:

We kindly ask the parents who have not completed the school dues please do pay within these days otherwise
no child will be allowed to start with a debt.
No child will be allowed without all the requirements. i.e.
✓ 12 books; MIDDLE, TOP, P1 & P2 – 96 ✓ 2 clear bags
Pages (PICFARE) ✓ 3 kgs of Rice
✓ 12 books; BABY class – 48 pages ✓ 3 bars of soap
✓ 12 pencils (Nataraj) ✓ 1 big bottle of detergent (JIK)
✓ 2 packets of crayons ✓ Shs 5,000/= for book covers.

TRANSPORT:

We have increased transport fees. Please endeavor to pay at the beginning of the term. Pay in time to avoid
inconvenience
NB: All school fees must be paid in the bank. (CENTENARY BANK) A/C NO. 3100005337.
No cash will be allowed at school. Please pay in the bank
All Greendale community is so grateful for your love, support and co-operation.
