1. Introduction
The purpose of this document is to assist users in finding parameters, their meanings, specifications, and default values. Th
managed objects and parameters are listed in alphabetical order.

2. How to read this excel report

The excel report provides a full information on the parameter dictionary. It shows the full set of parameter attributes includin
the change information.

2.1 Parameter List

This section shows the full parameter information including the following:
- abbreviated names
- parent structure
- default values
- range and step
- field descriptions
- change information

2.2 Field descriptions

Field descriptions are provided in the second row of Parameter List section. Use fold (-) and unfold (+) buttons on the left
panel to respectively hide and show the field descriptions.

2.3 Change information

Change information is a part of Parameter List section and is available in the following ways:

1. Definition on whether the parameter is new, removed, changed, or has been moved to another location in the structure (f
example, to another managed object class). That definition is provided in the following columns:

- Changes between issues ... which shows the changes since the previous issue of the document.
- Changes between releases ... which shows the changes since the latest issue of the document in the previous product
release.

If the cell is empty, the parameter is not changed, nor new, nor removed, nor moved.
Note that removed parameters are listed in the very bottom and they are marked with red font.

Filters are enabled for convenient browsing of the change categories.

2. Detailed change information showing the current and previous values of parameter attributes. That information is provide
in the following columns:

- <parameter attribute> in issue ... which shows the value in the previous issue of the document.
- <parameter attribute> in release ... which shows value in the latest issue of the document in the previous product release.

The columns are grouped into attribute-specific sections for structured and convenient view. Use unfold (+) and fold (-) butt
in the top bar to browse the attribute-specific change details. Use unfold all (2) and fold all (1) buttons on the left hand side
the top bar to respectively show and hide the change details for the whole report.

Note that for all parameters except new and removed ones, the field values for previous issue and previous release are
always provided to show total history information. Additionally, the changed attributes of parameters are highlighted with gr
color. Highlights are enabled to specify whether there is a change between issues or releases.

default = 3600 s
This parameter specifies the time-out (in seconds) of inactivity 60...86400 sec, step 1 sec
in Topology Browser after which OMS attempts to terminate the
idle window session.

default = 3600 s
This parameter cancels alarm threshold for buffer build-up 0...4294967295 files, step 1
alarms. If the alarm is active and the number of files decreases files
to this limit or below, the alarm is cancelled.
default = 10
possible values = 0-N files
This parameter disables/enables XML-file buffer build-up alarm. alarm disabled (0), alarm
default = 1 enabled (1)
possible values = 0, 1
0 = alarm disabled
1 = alarm enabled
This parameter sets delay for buffer buildup alarms, that is, the 0...86400 sec, step 1 sec
duration in seconds that the number of unacknowledged OMeS
files must be over the threshold.
default = 180
possible values = 0-N seconds
This parameter sets threshold for buffer build-up alarms. If the 0...4294967295 files, step 1
number of unacknowledged OMeS files reaches this limit, an files
alarm is triggered.

This parameter cancels alarm threshold for measurement data 1...100 %, step 1 %
processing overload alarm. If overload alarm is active and the
processing time in percentage of total time goes below this
threshold calculated over PMOverloadAlarmWindow duration,
the alarm is cancelled.
This parameter disables/enables measurement processing alarm disabled (0), alarm
overload alarm. enabled (1)

default = 1
possible values = 0, 1
This parameter sets alarm threshold for measurement data 1...100 %, step 1 %
processing overload alarms. If the processing time percentage
of total time exceeds the threshold calculated over
PMOverloadAlarmWindow duration, an alarm is set.
This parameter averages window for measurement processing 30...240 min, step 1 min
overload alarm. OMSMeaHandler
measures data processing time over this time window and if the
processing time exceeds
PMOverloadAlarmSetThreshold percentage of total time, an

This identifies Hardware ID of NE, which the NE uses during 0...255 characters
autoconnection procedure to identify itself when the logical BTS
Id is not yet known to the NE.

Allowed characters are ASCII characters.

This is the unique identifier for the BTS site, which the NE uses 0...255 characters
during autoconnection procedure to identify itself,when the
logical BTS Id is not yet known to the NE.

Allowed characters are ASCII characters.

This defines unique identifier by which the BTS identifies itself 0...1048575, step 1
to the Network.

Note: Range in WCDMA 1..65534.

This parameter specifies allowed deviation (meters) of GPS -1...5000 m, step 1 m
location from expected value.

This parameter identifies PREBTS. 0...1048575, step 1

Altitude of GPS antenna of site -250...10000 m, step 1 m

IP Address for the Final Mediator 0...255 characters

Supported formats: IPv4 IP address and an IPv6IP address

Examples:
IPv4 IP-address 192.0.2.235
Latitude of GPS antenna of site -900000000...900000000,
