The 9th International Technical Conference on Frontiers of Hydraulic and Civil Engineering Technology
(HCET 2024), It will be hosted on Sept. 13th-15th, 2024, Chengdu, China, which is being organized to
provide a greater variety of topics and to promote discussion and collaboration between the
participants.
HECT 2024 encourages academics, scholars, engineers, young scientists and students to meet and
exchange ideas and views in an international forum stimulating respectful dialogue. This event will
afford an exceptional opportunity for renewing old acquaintances, using this opportunity to make
new contacts, networking, and facilitating partnerships across the disciplinary borders of national and
international.
In order to achieve that we endorse global standards of conference ethics and quality controlled, we
encourage submission of high-quality reporting original work in both theoretical and experimental
research areas.
