HPE Blade server

HPE Blade Servers are modular server units that are designed to be inserted into a shared
enclosure, known as a Blade System enclosure.
The Blade System enclosure provides shared power, cooling, networking, and management
resources for the individual blade servers.
Blade servers are compact, self-contained computing modules that include processors,
memory, storage, and network connectivity.
This design allows for higher server density and easier management compared to traditional
rack-mount servers.
 Full-height blade servers are designed to fit into the full-height blade server bays of
an HPE Blade System enclosure.
 Half-height blade servers are designed to fit into the half-height blade server bays of
an HPE Blade System enclosure.

Zoning
Zoning is a process of grouping and segregating devices in a SAN into logical zones. It can be based on
the physical port number, the World Wide Name (WWN) of the device, or the initiator and target
IDs.in our case we categorized into three:
1. Database zone
2. Others zone
