Innovative Bank Transformation Document: "Bank/Branch Kiosk Walk-In Service Entitlement"
You will be granted an opportunity to write a Bank transformation document, this is pending your
performance in writing and presenting a project document for “Bank/Branch Kiosk walk in Service
Entitlement” to attain a human based bank service.
You will be using your skills in understanding.
1. Microservices and DevOps concepts
2. Permissioned Blockchain technologies
3. Kisok systems technologies as biometric identifications, etc.,
4. Process mapping realization and elicitation, drawing work flows by BPMN 2.0
• Your document will target C-Level (a max of 10 A4 including graphs and references, all around
one-inch margins and times new roman font size 11, single space)
• You will run THREE presentations as per the below:
Ensure that the presentations are well-coordinated, engaging, and focused on the strategic value of the
proposed transformation. Use visuals, diagrams, and concise language to convey complex technical
concepts to both the group and the C-level executive audience.
