AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS
I, Nina D. Mariano, of legal age, single, and a resident of Blk 2 Lot 11
Amethyst Street Veraville Philam, BFRV Talon Dos, Las Piñas after having
been duly sworn in accordance with the law, do hereby depose and say, that:
1. Margie Ann Bermudez aka “Marga” is my childhood friend up till
present.
2. Henry Perey II aka “Bibo” was my former classmate who is a vlogger
with many followers on Facebook. He runs his livestream vlogs on
Facebook through his page/account named: BIBO- Deaf Superstar of
the Philippines and the Deaf King of Comedy.
3. On August 14, 2024, at around 8:00 P.M. I was using my cellphone
and scrolling through Facebook when I saw the livestream vlog of
Henry Perey II aka “Bibo”
4. In the said vlog I saw Bibo stating, through sign language, that Margie
Ann Bermudez aka “Marga” was merely playing/using her foreigner
boyfriend(implying that Marga was like a “gold digger”).
5. Bibo further stated that Marga’s gums were protruding (or that she has
buck teeth).
6. Bibo continued insulting Marga in his vlog and stated that Marga was
cheating in her relationship. Bibo stated that Marga was having an
affair with Nald. However, these statements made by Bibo were false
because Marga was not cheating in her relationship.
7. After watching the false statements of Bibo in his Vlog I messaged
Marga and asked her if she watched Bibo’s Vlog.

8. Marga and I chatted through Messenger and from what I can
remember Marga was humiliated, stressed, and embarrassed because
of Bibo’s vlog for it was seen by many people.
9. I have also noticed that many people have seen the vlog because it had
so many viewers. What Bibo did in his Vlog can truly destroy
someone.
I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and to
support the filing of a Criminal Case against Henry Perey II for violation of
Section 4 (C) Paragraph 4 of Republic Act No. 10175.
