Having Fun Together
1. Read the following text and answer the questions that follow.
Last weekend, I attended a birthday party for my friend Sarah. It was a fantastic
celebration filled with laughter, games, and delicious treats. When I arrived, the party
was in full swing. Kids were running around, playing games, and having a great time.
Sarah's parents had decorated the backyard with colorful balloons and streamers. We
played musical chairs and danced to our favorite songs. While we were dancing,
Sarah's mom brought out a big cake with candles. We all sang "Happy Birthday" as
Sarah made a wish and blew out the candles. Then, we enjoyed slices of cake and ice
