GP ARARIA

Dear Sir / Madam hope this email finds you well. I am writing you this mail to formally lodge
a complaint regarding the concerning and unacceptable behavior of the Principal Incharge,
Mr./Ms. Abhijeet Kumar , at Government Polytechnic Araria .For the past few months we the
students of government polytechnic Araria are being harassed mentally and physically and
this is not the case for a five or six students , majority of students from every branch and
each respective year is being the victim of this torture by principal and the girls of our
college are also being abused by principal and everytime girls were spoken in bad language
whether they are complaining about authority or doing anything related to
sports.Respected Sir / Madam On Saturday evening there was a dispute between some
2nd year students which is being solved by the police administration on the same day and
everything was resolved and the teachers ordered the students to come to college with
their parents on Sunday . On Sunday evening when 3rd year students were playing
volleyball for the upcoming sports event , the principal sir came and took the volleyball
from the 3rd year students which are playing and threatened them that they will beat all of
them with shoes.On Monday morning , parents were unable to come as the students are
from districts which are quite at a distance from gp araria , so to ask why the parents didn’t
come and to talk with the students the HOD of mechanical engineering Mr. Ashok Das
called the students HOD office . During this conversation when HOD and students were
talking principal sir Mr. Abhijeet Kumar , disciplinary community member and civil
engineering department teacher Mr. Lavkush Kumar , Exam Controller Mr. Arun Kumar
came to the HOD office and without even asking and saying a single word to the students ,
they start beating the students by holding their collars in front of HOD in the HOD office.
Even the principal sir beat a student ( PRITESH KUMAR ) with steel bracelet which result to
cause painful injury to pritesh’s head and his head was broken. When the other students
were recording the students they snatched the phone from him and threatened him that he
will break his phone and pay the cost of his phone . During this incident one student has
almost got fallen from the stairs . All the videos related to all the incident has been shown
to the police administration. At Monday evening the police administration left the college
after giving false assurance and doing nothing in student’s favour. When all the girls signed
on the complaint application which is being written to submit to the police , all the girls
were threatened through calls by unknown number to take back their complaint otherwise
something bad will happen to the girls. When we request the media to publish the news ,
the well known newspaper organisation HINDUSTAN TIMES published the fake news that
the principal has done nothing and the fight was between the two students. This repeated
and unjustified behavior has severely affected the well being of students . Despite efforts to
raise these issues, no action has been taken to address the situation or provide relief to the
students.We, the students, kindly request your urgent intervention to address this matter
and ensure that appropriate action is taken against this misconduct. The academic
atmosphere in our institution has been significantly disrupted, and we seek your support in
restoring a safe and respectful environment for our studies. Therefore , all the students
request you to get the principal to resign as soon as possible otherwise the mental and
physical exploitation and torture of the students by the principla will continue. And we
request you to ensure that the college does not create any kind of problem in the future of
students curriculum for all the students involved in this.Thank you for your attention to this
serious matter. We hope for swift and decisive action to ensure that our educational
environment is free from harassment and violence. All the videos and image proves are
