Statement of the Problem

This study aims to determine the Job Satisfaction among Barangay health workers of Makato
Rural Health Unit (RHU).

This study sought to answer the following questions.

1. What are the demographic profile of the respondents’ in terms of:

A. Sex

B. Age

C. Marital Status

D. Religion

E .Highest Educational Level

F. Family Monthly Income

G. Length of Service

2. What are the factors that could affect the satisfaction of Barangay Health Workers towards the
attitude of personnel, facility and equipment or materials?

3. What is the level of satisfaction of the Barangay Health Workers in terms of; Very satisfied,
Satisfied, Neutral, Unsatisfied, Very Unsatisfied.?

Dear Participants,
Greetings!

I am Alfonso T. Igong-Igong, a third-year student pursuing Bachelor of Science in Nursing at


Saint Gabriel's College. As part of my Nursing Research 2 course for the second semester of the
academic year 2023-2024, I am conducting a study titled "Examining Job Satisfaction Among
Barangay Health Workers in Makato Rural Health Unit." The objective of this study is to assess
the satisfaction levels of barangay health workers in the Makato Rural Health Unit and identify
factors influencing their satisfaction, such as personnel attitudes, facilities, and
equipment/materials.

To achieve this objective, I kindly request your participation in completing a researcher-made


questionnaire. Your honest and voluntary responses will greatly contribute to my research. Rest
assured, all information provided will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and solely used
for research purposes.
