1. Dr Pragati Kaurani: Currently pursuing PhD in Prosthodontics. Have guided several PG
students in their thesis, Is the reviewer in two Pubmed Index Journals, Have published several
articles and Authored Chapters in a Book. Have presented several papers and conducted
courses at National conferences.
2. Dr Nikhil Marwah: Editor in Chief of International Journal of Clinical Pediatric Dentistry. Authored
3 textbooks( textbook of pediatric dentistry, Pocket book of Paedodontics , MCQs in Pediatric
Dentistry, Mini Atlas in Paediatric dentistry.

SYNOPSIS ON THE BOOK

The manuscript discusses Research Methodology as applicable to dental sciences. It begins


with Glossary in dental research, giving all relevant definitions for better understanding of
the subject for the reader.The book goes sequentially through all chapters relevant in dental
research, starting from basic topics progressing to more complex topics. The inclusion of
examples for explaining each type of dental research, tests in research, sample selection
methods shall help the reader in clear understanding of the topic. The examples cited are
from latest published reputed international journals in dentistry, making the subject up to
