CASE PROTOCOL Guideline and Content
Logbook, Case Protocol Presentation, and Case Protocol (Written) submission guidelines
1. All students have to submit their Logbook at MyTIMeS latest by 30th June 2023, 6pm
sharp. No late submission will be entertained. All submissions must be in PDF format.
The marking rubric for Logbook can be referred at the end of this document.
2. All students have to submit their Written Case Protocol Report by 30th June 2023, 6pm
sharp. Both assessment case protocol report and intervention case protocol report have to
be combined in ONE file in PDF format. Start with the assessment case protocol report
followed by the intervention case protocol report. No late submission will be entertained.
3. All presentations for case protocol will be conducted in physical format. All students
have to present their case protocols (start with assessment case protocol, and then
intervention case protocol) at their given time slots. The presentation slots will be shared
in MyTIMeS.
4. The tentative dates of the presentations are as follow:
20th June 2023, 21st June 2023, 22nd June 2023
26th June 2023, 27th June 2023, 28th June 2023
5. All students scheduled for case protocol presentations must attend all the slots if possible
(You may claim professional development hours for your attendance). Students can invite
their clinical supervisors to attend the presentations.
6. Case protocol presentation format:
