our [Name of Program] on Facebook. How’s it going?

Great! I’m the owner and one of the transformation coaches here at our gym in Houston Texas.

I’m not going to take a bunch of your time, as I have a lot of applications to get through today,
and value your time as I know it’s important.

I do want to check in and see what motivated you to sign up for this program. Are you trying to
lose weight, burn belly fat, tone up, or all 3?

[Sales Rep] - Great - Now is it enough to pinch or is it enough to grab a handful?

[Sales Rep] This is great info. Now would you say it’s (estimate how many inches based off
size they provided) 3 to 5 inches that you are able to grab/pinch in your hand?

[Client Name] – Yeah that sounds right

[Sales Rep] Okay, so the [goal] belly is (repeat the location they provided is where most of your fat
is and where you have been struggling the most?

[Client Name] – Yes definitely nothing I do seems to work

[Sales Rep] - How long have you been struggling with this [goal] belly fat? (fat is still in their hand)

[Sales Rep] What has stopped you from being able to achieve this [goal] since it is what you

[Sales Rep] - Awesome [Client Name]. That makes you just like the women who best fit this
program. So, this is what we’re going to do.

Right now, you’re [Current Weight] and you want to get to [Goal Weight]. Since we’ve helped
over 1,000 Women just like you accomplish their health goals, and given the fact of where
you’re at now, I can tell you that we can help you to Lose 15-30 lbs in 6 Weeks. Would you be
okay with that?

Is it still a reasonable goal, like you’re not going to be upset about that?

[client name] - “Heck no!”

[Sales Rep] - Mind if I tell you how we’re going to make this happen for you?

[client name] - “Sure go ahead!”

[PITCH]

[Sales Rep] - So, here’s how we’re going to get you from _[Current Weight]_ to _[Goal Weight]_
and burn the [goal] belly fat that’s located _[Location from Discovery]_.

We have a three-pillar approach to how we do body transformations and design your program.

It’s Fitness, Nutrition, & Accountability and unfortunately, most of the programs that are out there
will focus on just one thing... for instance... Jenny Craig / Weight Watchers.

Jenny Craig / Weight Watchers will give you a diet, but it doesn’t cover Fitness or Accountability.

Or you sign up for a gym membership, they don’t give you anything, and the only accountability
they provide is when they call you for your credit card for your gym payment. No diet, nothing.
Right?

See, someone is always missing something and that’s why we’re so successful is because we
have all three and when you have all three you can’t fail. Does that make sense?

on the path to reaching your long-term goals…? Is this correct?

[Sales Rep] - So, here is what we need you to commit to.

For the Fitness component we will provide you with an at home or gym based exercise plan
specifically made for your goals, your location, your schedule, and your fitness level. It Will be

done all remotely! (ex: could be walking 10mins/day to get you started, or if you want, full body,
fat burning workouts that require zero equipment)

Do you think you could do something like that if I gave it to you?

[client name] - “Yes”

[Sales Rep] - Great! The second component is Nutrition. Our nutrition plan is so easy , like color
coated easy, so I’m confident you can do it. So, are you willing to change your food habits?

[client name] - “Yup”

[Sales Rep] - Awesome the last piece is Accountability – this is the glue that holds everything
together and the reason everyone gets results and the reason we have such a high success
rate of people hitting their goals. You’ll have a transformation coach with you every step of the
way, encouraging you, motivating you, supporting you, and ensuring you never fall off track. If
we just gave you the best fitness and nutrition plan and you never follow them, you won’t ever
see any results right? So, those are 3 things you have to do:

1.) Weigh in [INSERT AMOUNT OF TIMES PER WEEK] and send an update of the weight
to me. Cool?

2.) Check-ins: You’ll have access to your coach throughout the week to make sure you are
following the plan. You okay if we check in with you?

3.) I also need you to attend your Day 21 Progress Update Meeting. You will meet 1 on 1
with your coach to walk you through the next phase of the process and provide you an
update to ensure you are on track to hitting your goals, this can be done on Zoom/Video
Conference, ok?

[Sales Rep] So that’s how the program works. It’s a step-by-step, done-for-you system that will
get you from _[Current Weight]_ to _[Goal Weight]_, get rid of the _[Inches of fat from Discovery]_
inches of belly fat that is located _[Location Discovery]_ and do it all as fast as possible. Make
sense?
