II. The Bank has launched new Payroll account variants, with best-in-class features, to cater to the requirements
of modern day corporates.
III. The Bank has launched new Current account variants, with innovative features, as part of its 'Business
Banking Solutions'. Under the same, the free transaction limits for Cash deposit, RTGS/NEFT/Chequebook
and revised Monthly Average balance has been revised and will be applicable w.e.f. December 01, 2023 and
shall apply uniformly to both new and existing customers. To know more about the revised facilities,

IV. The Bank has revised the classification of its branches (Metro, Urban, Semi-Urban and Rural), as per
locational demographics, which would be effective from November 01, 2023. Accordingly, the minimum
stipulated Monthly Average Balance (MAB) requirement for savings and current accounts and the charges for
Safe Deposit Lockers has been changed in certain locations(click here for location details),as per the revised
branch classification.
V. The Bank has reduced the minimum instalment amount under Systematic Savings Plan (SSP) (rebranding of
Recurring Deposit) product to Rs.500 .
VI. Cheque Positive Pay System (CPPS): CPPS, a mechanism to ensure safe and secure cheque payments,
shall be made mandatory for all cheque payments of amount Rs. 5 lakh and above w.e.f April 01,2024.
Please provide CPPS confirmation by submitting the key details of your cheques issued to beneficiaries,
through online channels, I- Net Banking, Mobile Banking, Whatsapp Banking or by visiting any nearby branch,
to avoid instances of fraudulent payment.
VII. The Bank has integrated with the ‘myNPS’ link of Protean CRA to facilitate opening of NPS Accounts in a
paperless, Online, Hassle-free mode. Now customers can scan the embedded QR Code / HTML link of
myNPS link of the Bank or use the ‘myNPS’ link on Go Mobile + App under ‘Investments’, to open NPS
accounts.

CMS products, kindly refer to the website of the Bank www.idbibank.in
IX. The Bank has upgraded its mobile application “Go Mobile+” with enhanced features which includes instant FD
opening/premature closure facility, availing of instant OD against FD, online nomination, online submission of
15G/15H, Mutual Funds investments/redemptions, applying for ASBA IPO, purchase/recharge of IDBI Fastag,
transaction in PPF/SSA accounts, opening instant Demat accounts, viewing Demat holdings, managing
debit/credit card limits etc.
X. DO NOT RESPOND to Phone calls, E-mails, SMSs etc. requesting you to provide confidential details of your
Card or internet banking for any reason, even though the caller or sender seemingly appears to be
representing IDBI Bank /RBI/ Income-tax office/ VISA/ MasterCard / RuPay / ATM Cell or any service
provider.
XI. Please ensure to update your latest mobile number and email id in the Bank’s record for receiving transaction
alerts of your account.

XII. Safety tip for scanning QR codes:
• NEVER SCAN QR code for receiving payments. QR codes are used for making payments. If somebody ask
you to scan the QR code in the name of receiving payments, you don’t get the money and money can
disappear from your account/card/E-wallet.
• NEVER SCAN unauthorized QR code to activate credit card / download any app.
• Scan ONLY QR code received from genuine source or bank website/mobile banking app.
