IV B. Tech I Semester Project work

CIRCULAR
This is to inform all the project batches of IV B. Tech that the department of CSE is planning
to conduct 1st Review from 18-12-2023 to 23-12-2023 as a part of the SITE 18 M
Regulations. In this regard, project batches are asked to present their status (up to literature
survey) Infront of DPRC. Also asked to submit the following documents duly verified
completely and authenticated by the respective team’s supervisor.
1. Chapter 1(Introduction) 15-20 Pages
2. Chapter 2(Literature Survey) 15-20 Pages
3. Project Evaluation Sheet
4. Supervisor Evaluation sheet
(Marks will be filled by the supervisor during the review)
5. Power point Presentation contain following slides
 Proposed Title, Name of the guide with designation & Students 1 Slide
 List of contents 1 Slide
 Problem Statement 1 Slide
 Significance the Problem
 Literature survey (Minimum 10 methods to be presented). Each slide should have
two reference paper details 10 Slides
 Comparison Table (Features level Comparison) 1-5 Slides
 Problem Formulation / Gap Identification 2 Slides
 Main Aim/ Objective of the project (Problem Definition) 1 - 2 Slides
 Tools & Data set used for Implementation 1 Slide
 Anticipated Outcome / Result 1 Slide
 References/Bibliography 1 - 2 Slides

Note:
The documents should be free from Spelling and Grammatical mistakes, less than 10%
Plagiarism, properly formatted according to SITE 18M Project Regulations, adequate
citations, and necessary tables and figures numbers along with references section. Ensure all
the reference papers should be cited inside the document in chronological order. Leads to
rejection if any documents violating the above instructions.
