► United Health Group Insurance – AEM 6.5 On prem to Cloud AEM Migration
ü Brief: United Health group has implemented most of their sites in AEM On Prem. They had used
various versions of AEM like 6.2, 6.3, 6.4 and 6.5. The migration required to process the
differences in components and Java Models while moving to cloud. Based on these identified
differences the issues were fixed and the components were created and made compatible with
the cloud version. Also Junit test cases were created for easy cloud deployment and quality
assurance.

scripts for each pages from Tridion and mapped the same using content migration scripts
created using Java. Each page, page properties and components where mapped to the
components developed in AEM using Java.

Brief: As the organization adopted Adobe Analytics since the previous web analytics tool was deprecated
it was necessary to create a framework to integrate the Analytics in SharePoint applications. I have
played a key role in architecting a framework to integrate Adobe Analytics with SharePoint. We have
developed a framework to deploy Adobe Analytics in Microsoft SharePoint online classic. Utilized the
custom action deployment model to insert scripts to a site collection followed by a consistent data layer
throughout the site pages including both custom made and OOTB pages.

Brief: Created a SharePoint site with embedded Microsoft Form which uses Power Automate to accept
support requests for Analytics team and trigger emails

► COEEC Request Management Tool

Brief: Creating a SharePoint request management tool based on a UI framework given. Needed a
dashboard based on the total number of requests created, attended and different views were
suggested in the dashboard in order to help the stakeholder analyze tickets efficiently. Once a ticket
is created the ticket will be assigned and a workflow will be triggered to assign ticket. Once the
ticket is resolved the status will be updated accordingly and an email notification will be sent to
both assignee and manager.

integration. The default connector was prohibited in the client organization so we have created python
based integration. Also created dashboards for client based on data from Analytics API.

Brief: As the classic SharePoint experience was coming to an end it was necessary to change the
existing implementation using custom action method. SharePoint extensions was a viable option to

which can deploy all the out of the box Adobe Analytics scripts.

► Azure Chatbot

Brief: Microsoft BOT framework is a powerful platform for building chatbots. The prebuilt UI
was not much appealing. A new UX prototype was developed for the UI and it was to be
implemented. My role was to customize the UI as per the UX prototype. The prebuilt UI was
changed as per the customer requirements within the restrictions of the framework.

► Atlassian Confluence Server Management

Brief: Developing a customized portal in a platform like Confluence is a tedious task since the
platform does not support so much user enhancements. The usage of HTML, JavaScript etc.
requires additional plugins and the client does not support the usage of these plugins in their server
due to security concerns. Even in these restrictions we were able to design the platform in a most
efficient way as possible
