ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT
Background and Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 071, series
Rationale 2021 known as PREPARATIONS FOR THE PILOT
FACE-TO-FACE, EXPANSION AND TRANSITIONING TO
NEW NORMAL. This activity initiates the
commitment of the school in providing quality
education to its clientele. Thus, this activity aims to
ensure the preparedness of the school for the
possible opening of Limited Face-to-Face Classes.

Objective/s 1. Orient learners and stakeholders on the


process of limited face-to-face classes.

Monitoring and The simulation activities as preparation of

objective was carried out thru the immeasurable
effort and cooperation of the teachers.

Highlight The Continual New Normal Teaching Process of the
s/ Department of Education based on the guidelines of the
Narrative National IATF… Pursuant to the Department of Education
Report memorandum no. 071.series of 2021 known as PREPARATION
FOR THE PILOT FACE-TO-FACE EXPANSION AND TRANSITIONING
TO NEW NORMAL. It aims “ Orient Learners and stakeholders on
the process of limited face-to-face classes”.
In relation with the said Deped memorandum, the
Macanip Elementary School of Jaro III District through the
management and guidance of the school head ESTELA L.
CABELIN Impowered and commit its limited face-to-face
program and activity. This activity initiates the commitment of
the school in providing quality education to its clientele. Thus,
this activity aims to ensure the preparedness of the school for
the possible opining of limited face-to-face classes.
The limited face-to-face simulation activity of the school
was held on March 16, of 2022 following the exact time
allotment of 9:00 AM to 11:50 AM. The said activity was
participated in by the respective school head and teaching staff.
Furthermore, the group exactly and perfectly followed
the procedure on the actual step by step process on the limited
face-to-face classes. First, welcoming the learners outside the
school gate by waiving their hands “ observing social
distancing”. Then, they entered the school campus in a row
following social distancing as mandated. Afterward its
participants do the hand sanitation and temperature check in
the triad area and fill out health declaration form. And those
with high temperature were required to proceed to holding
area, were the school nurse recheck the temperature. If the
certain individual still has a high temperature he/she should be
guided by the school nurse to the isolation area. For those with
normal temperature would go directly to the hand washing
area. After washing their hands still following social distancing
and school markers, he/she should proceed to the respective
classroom. But before entering the classroom the hand should
be sanitized again on the designated sanitizing area outside the
classroom near the entrance door and he/she should check the
name on the list of learners.
Through the teacher’s command responsibility should
properly guide its pupil/learner by giving reminders on the
DO’S/DONT’S while inside the classroom. After the classes, the
teacher again should give an instructions to learners on what to
do before leaving the class. Like reminding them to leave the
modules on the sterilization basket, then sanitize again
themselves before actually leaving the classroom.
Its learners should follow school markers on how to exit
from the school campus to maintain the health protocol. The
assign school utility will immediately do the disinfection and
sanitizing the classroom.
The said simulation was monitored and supervised by the
school head itself.
