2. Click the “Join from your browser” link near the bottom of the window. You
may also down-
load and use the desktop app if you prefer (see alternate instructions for

is to use your computer’s default video and audio settings (your computer’s
internal speakers, webcam, or headset/headphones, if they are plugged in).

meeting” button.
Use the “Call me” option to enter in your phone number and Webex will call
your phone to
connect you to the Webex Meeting audio. Use the “Call in” option to dial in to
the connection yourself (when you join the meeting, a popup window will
appear with the dial-in instructions and access code).
7. Choose whether you would like to mute your microphone and hide your video
feed when you join the meeting. You will be able to change these settings
once you’ve joined the meeting. (Note: A red icon indicates the
microphone/video is muted/hidden. Grey indicates unmuted/ shown.)
9. If you see the message “You can join the meeting after the host admits you,”
that means the meeting room is currently locked to newcomers. The host
will admit you to the meeting room when they are ready.
10. Click the red “X” icon at the bottom of the page when you are ready to leave
the meeting.

3. Enter the meeting number or URL provided to you by the meeting host.
Note: The meeting number will be a 9-digit code while the URL will look
something like this: https:// cadot.webex.com/meet/[HOST.NAME]

6. Tap the gear icon in the upper left corner to adjust your Audio & Video settings
if needed.
Tap “Done” when finished.

10. Tap the red “X” icon at the bottom of the screen when you are ready to
