C. COURSE DESCRIPTION
Organizational behavior (OB) is an interdisciplinary field of study that draws from various disciplines, including psychology,
sociology, and anthropology. This undergraduate course provides an in-depth study of organizational behavior in the context of
contemporary workplaces. This course examines the individual, group, and organizational factors that influence behavior,
performance, and decision-making. Students will gain a deeper understanding of how organizations function and the challenges they
face in today's ever-changing business world by applying theoretical frameworks to case studies and applying the knowledge in
practical contexts.

Analyze strategies for promoting employee well-being in the workplace
Explore the impact of Technology disruption on organizational structure and processes
Understand key elements of individual and group behavior and their impact on organizational behavior.
Explain motivational theories and principles and their relevance in increasing job satisfaction and performance.
Apply decision-making and conflict-management strategies to enhance teamwork and performance
Apply appropriate strategies for managing organizational change in response to external and internal factors
Recognize organizational stressors and develop appropriate recovery strategies to promote employee well-being
Design a comprehensive change management plan for transitioning between organizational structures, considering
organizational context and objectives.
